OUR STORY

Little Miracles Therapy Centre and Day Care for children with special needs is committed to the stimulation and development of children with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities or delays.

As parents of a special needs child we understand that every parent just wants what is best for their child and we realised that main stream nursery schools or day care centres are just not equipped with the necessary skills and equipment to constantly stimulate special needs children and ensure they reach the highest possible level of function attainable by each pupil, hence the need for a school that could ensure each child receives the care and attention they so rightly deserve.

At Little Miracles we aim to optimise each child's potential through multidisciplinary therapeutic intervention, providing Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy on site and under one roof to enable parents to cater for all their child's developmental needs and assist them in achieving their goals and reach their maximum potential as well as preventing secondary handicaps and fixed disabilities.

As a parent who needs to work, Day cares are a great resource to ensure your child gets the proper care and love while you go to work. Even if you are a stay-at-home parent, a day care is a good choice for many children because it can teach them fundamentals of learning while developing their social skills. However, as a parent of a special needs child, not just any day care facility will do. A special needs day care that has experienced caregivers will provide your son or daughter with the best care.

We understand that each child is different in their own way and we take them through the steps one day at a time and strive to assist them in getting ready for main stream schooling if possible, our main goal is to mainstream all children with the ability to do so, but we will always be a safe haven for those who cannot.

The centre accepts children from 3 months to 6 years with varying intellectual, physical and developmental disabilities or delays not accepted in the public or mainstream schools as well as premature babies or any children in need of additional stimulation or early intervention.
